Kevin Martin called the meeting to order at 7:00pm, at Jax in Loveland.
There were 11 members present.
Minutes from December 2009 were approved after a couple of changes.

Treasurer’s Report
Approved.

Habitat
Bob Hix handed out the agenda for the Colorado PF State habitat Meeting that will be held January 30, 2010 in Stratton.  See web site for details.

He also reported that the Denver Sportsman’s show was very successful for PF. Biologist contracts have not been signed yet.  There is still some funding logistics that need to be fixed.

One will come out prior to our banquet.

Banquet
Raffle tickets will not be ready until next week.   Flyers will be mailed about Feb 1.
Early bird signup incentives were discussed.
Randy Burbach will call Legacy Arms to see if they will have a gun at the banquet.

New Business
Stan B. is working on a Youth Fun-day on May 15.  Shooting and fly casting are some of the activities.

The Colorado Farm Show is Jan. 26,27 and 28 in Greeley.  Jim L. will coordinate the PF part.

Meeting called at 8:00 pm.   Februarys meeting will start at 6:30 because Jax is on winter hours.
The banquet subcommittee moved to Panera.
Jim Litchfield
