Banquet
We need all meal tickets sold turned in on Friday  so we may give the Ranch a head count.  That doesn’t mean you can’t sell more just get them to JB as soon as possible. Sponsors and donations were discussed. Bob Hix presented us with an original color drawing that will be a feature in our live auction. It was a donation from our newest QUAIL FOREVER chapter.   They are known as COLORADO COVEY. We will have a large screen to project videos on. Banquet setup people need to be at the First National Bank building at 10 am on the 23 but we will accept help through out the afternoon.

New Business
Our new Regional Director, Bob Hix, discussed his vision and ideas for the future.

Bass Pro Shop will be having one of their sales spectaculars on March 15 and 16 and Bob wants the state council to sell brats.  Volunteers are needed not just council members. Hours of operation are not yet known.

Meeting called at 8pm and discussions were continued outside.
