Tom Kramer called the meeting to order at 6:51pm at Jax in Loveland.
There were 10 members present.
Minutes from April 8, 2009 were approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Approved.

Habitat
We purchased a $50 bag of Western Food Plot mix for a property near Hygiene.

CRP mid-management burning and disking were discussed.

There are 4 NRCS/CDOW biologists in the state now and how they are funded and funding for more was discussed. Noe Marymor is based out of the Greeley NRCS office and covers the northeastern part of the state...

Youth Outdoor Activity Day
TUNE—The Ultimate Nature Experience.  Stan B. explained what was going to happen in the 4 days.  An application letter will be used to choose the students attending.  We will offer two scholarships to those unable to pay.  A press release will go out to the two local papers.

Stan and JB are registered with the Focus on Forever Seminar in Nebraska.

Website
Erick will put the TUNE information and applications on the web site.  Students entering grade 6 through grade 12 will be eligible to attend.

New Business
A board slate of candidates was presented and were elected.    Kevin Martin- President; Tom Kramer- Vice President; Jim Litchfield-Secretary; JB Barthlama- Treasurer; Dean Grundman and Noe Marymor-Habitat Co Chairs; Kevin Martin and Randy Burbach- Banquet Co Chairs.

Bass Pro is having their Upland Game weekend July 25 and 26.  PF will have a table there.

The August fun shoot will be held on August 29 at Great Guns.
