Tom Kramer called the meeting to order at 7:05pm, at Jax Mercantile.
There were 10 members present.
Minutes from September 12, 2007 were approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Approved.

Habitat
The property north of Stoneham is 300 acres and we could possibly put in guzzlers; PF National has guzzlers.  We need more acreage.  Dean will continue working with our lead in the Hereford, CO area.

Youth Hunt
The youth hunt is October 13.   30 kids are signed up.  We have orange hats and Tom K will bring them plus a banner.  Warren Brown will do a safety demo and his five friends will help out at the SC stations.  Jim Bulger is bringing five people plus shotguns and ammo.  Erick will take a break from cooking and take lots of pictures.  Meet at Great Guns at 7:30 am.

Banquet
Tom K said we will work to simplify and streamline the banquet.  Randy Burbach will be Banquet Co-Chair.  Kevin purchased a black powder gun from National for the banquet. The feature gun will be a PF 25th Anniversary  Browning Citori.  Cullen from Colorado Gun Works will donate an 870 youth gun if he is still in business.  JB checked with National and they offer a reasonable price for framing.  Stan suggested we look at the Greeley Farm Show for marketing the banquet.

New Business
Bob Hix is leaving Bass Pro and was named the new Colorado/Wyoming PF Field Rep – he will start Nov. 1, 2007.
