Youth Outdoor Activity Day
Stan B. reported that we had 40 youth and for the first time all sign-ups attended.  There were 4 last minute cancellations for illness but those slots were filled by others.  Minor problems with the new schedule were discussed and remedies will be installed.

Pictures of the new State trailer were sent around and internal building and external graphics were laid out.  Stan has 4 or 5 bids coming in for the outside graphics.  Several youth guns have already been donated.

The next Youth Outdoor Activity Day is March 13, 2010.  Wait for the application on the web site.

Banquet
The banquet will be held at the Elks in February.  We are looking forward to being associated with the Elks in their new home.  The two banquet co-chairs were not present so not much was discussed but all was positive.

New Business
Stan B. talked about the very positive responses he had received from TUNE camp participants, parents and relatives.  So far one TUNE  (The Ultimate Nature Experience)

Camp has been scheduled for July.  Colorado’s TUNE in now AIM (Adventure In the Mountains).  Stan already has several scholarships available from businesses.   He is still looking for chaperones and help for the 3 to 4 days.  Men and women.

There will be a Youth Day at Great Guns.  It will include archery, BB gun, shotgun and 22 rifle plus.  Fly casting and spin casting will be to hula hoops.  No water out there.

There was a conflict at the last Youth Outdoor Activity Day.  Stan B. moved that any volunteers that help with the Youth Outdoor Activity Day have the right to participate in the cleanup hunt.  Discussion followed and it was passed UNAMOUSLY.  Stan will be the person in charge to designate when it will start.
