Kevin Martin called the meeting to order at 7:00pm, at Jax in Loveland.
There were 7 members present.
Minutes from November 2009 were approved.

Kevin needs to send the Banquet information to Erick for the web site.  Firearm information for the web site is Beretta 686 Onyx 12 gauge O/U with special wood.  This is our feature gun and need not be present to win. You must attend the banquet to be eligible for the following:
2 semi-auto shotguns.  3 Over/Under shotguns.  1 pump shotgun.  2 youth shotguns.  1 bolt action rifle.
1 semi-auto .22 rifle.  1 9mm pistol and  1 black rifle.  Some will be on the live auction.

One will come out prior to our banquet.

Banquet
Heritage Frames in Fort Collins will be doing our print framing.  They are also going to donate a print for the live auction and pint glasses for most of the attendees.

An Argentina dove hunt for 4 was discussed.  No decision was reached this would be a live auction item and there would be a reserve on it.

New Business
Our $1000 donation to the Legislative Action Fund will be sent in and we will receive a Remington 870 20 gauge.  Full size.

It was moved and approved to cover $100 of the expenses for each of those officers attending the PF State meeting in Yuma this weekend.  There will be 2 or 3.
